Privacy Policy

Lighthouse Command Center (the "App"), operated by Lighthouse Electric and Solar ("we", "us"), is an internal business workspace for managing projects, customers, notes, documents, and communications. This policy explains what data the App handles and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Account information for authorized staff (name, email address, role).
• Business records entered or imported into the App: projects, notes, documents, call logs, email logs, to-dos, and customer contact details.
• Basic usage and activity information used to operate and secure the App.

Google user data

With an administrator's explicit consent, the App connects to Google Contacts using the read-only scope contacts.readonly, and the user's email and profile to identify the connected account.

• What we access: contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, organizations, addresses, photos, and notes.
• Why: solely to keep our internal customer directory current and to link customers to projects, notes, and communications.
• What we never do: we never write to, modify, or delete anything in your Google account, and we never sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• AI features: contact data may be provided to our internal AI assistants to answer staff questions. It is not used to train generalized AI models.

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• To operate the App and provide its features to authorized staff.
• To keep customer records accurate and linked across the workspace.
• To secure the App and prevent misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers that host or power the App (such as cloud hosting and AI processing providers) under appropriate safeguards, or when required by law.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure and is available only to authorized, approved staff. Records are retained while they are needed for our business operations. Contacts synced from Google are retained in the workspace until an administrator removes them.

Your choices

• Administrators can disconnect Google Contacts at any time in the App, and can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting Lighthouse Electric and Solar.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision.
